I wan to deploy MobileOTA14.war as per note How to download SAP mobile application for Blackberry in BI 4.0 ?
But <BO install directory>/Mobile14/Client folder does not exist!
Any clue? How I can find this .war?

MOB00082 - an Internal server error occurred while processing the client request. BI 4.0 SP5.3
We have several webi reports that are showing up fine on the iPad, but one report throws an error when you try to open it. The error is
"an internal server error occurred while processing the client request. MOB00082 Details: RS must be validated!"
The report has nothing unusual about it, just simple line charts and tables, in several tabs.
Any ideas? I've tried doing "save as" to create another object, and also copying and eliminating some tabs....have not been able to isolate what is causing the error from the report itself. And yes, the report is fine in webi.

how to optimize performance of SAP BO Mobile app
Hi Experts,
We have some webi reports and dashboards. On BI Launch Pad, the response time is quite fast. Where as, on the Ipad the response time is much slower than that of BI Launch Pad. We have increased the APS, by making clones of it and also made some clones for Webi services too.
We are using, SAP BO 4.0 FP3 SP5 and Latest SAP BO Mobile APP.
Any tips and suggestion how we can enhance the performance on the Mobi.

Customization of Blank Cell in Webi report for Mobile (iOS) Display
Hi All,
My Enviornment is BOE 4.0 SP04.
I have developed a webi report that displays in an iPad. In that webi report, I have a blank cell that displays text as well as current date in it and 3 graphs.
I followed the procedure for configuring the blank cells of a webi report in Administrator and Report Designer's guide for SAP BO Mobile for iOS 4.4.18.
It supposed to display in the blank cell as shown in below figure.
To acheive this i wrote a formula in blank cell as ="Daily Sales and Order Summary for "+Max([Daily Sales].[Invoice Date]).
But after following the configuration procedure mentioned in the report designer guide for blank cell, it is displaying as
I configured as below
<a href="laction://cell?attachedto='"Block1'&valign='top'&halign='left'">="Daily Order Summary for "+Max([Daily Sales].[Invoice Date])</a>
Also changed the blank cell read content as to hyperlink.
How can i concatenate and show the text and formula both in a single cell in hyperlink?

Content not supported in iOS for Combination Charts in webi report.
Hi All,
I have created a webi report for mobile display using card layout model which gives me insight into my daily sales figures as per the Report Designer's Guide and Feature Compatibility Guide provided by SAP.
I have desinged the report using
- Input Control for region selection.
- Blankcell for Title display.
- 3 Combination charts (Column and Line combination) for display of sales figures
When i am viewing the webi report on iPad through SAP BI Mobile APP 4.4.18 (Latest), it is showing an error "CONTENT NOT SUPPORTED".
Does combination chart supported in BO Mobile?
Looking for an assisstance.
Also wanted to know the list of charts that are supported by the SAP BI Mobile APP
Note: In Report Designer's guide, page no 77, 4.4 Constraints on Web Intelligence Report Parts.It is listed about:
Tables(Vertical, Horizontal, Cross Table)
Charts( Line, Pie, Vertical Bar/Column, Stacked bar, Grouped Bar)
Score cards

How to install Mobile for BO SP4?
Hi,
I have here a new BusinessObjects 4.0 SP4 installation and would like to install mobile. Unfortunately I only find the documentation for SP5, not SP4.
How do I install BO mobile for BO 4.0 SP4? It seems that there a slightly other mobile war-files than for SP5.
Which war-files should I deploy on Tomcat?

Folder Stucture under 'Mobile' category
Hi
We have to define a folder structure under the mobile category for better organization of reports. I was wondering if the following folder structure is supported in SAP BI Mobile and can be viewed on an iPad.
Mobile Category
1. A
1.Aa
2.Ab
3.Ac
2. B
3. C
where A , B , C are folders and Aaa, Ab,Ac are the subfolders under the folder A
Unfortunatly , I do not have admin acces and cannot even try it out myself .

'Home' tab issue with SAP BI Mobile
Hi
I have two issues concerning the document saving in 'Mobile' category in our BI launchpad
1. I move a report to ' Mobile' category and the next day I cannot see that report on an IPad app ( SAP BI Mobile). The process I follow is as follows:
a. I move the report to the mobile category by right clicking on the report.
b. Then I go to ' Mobile' category , and right click on ' Properties ' and click save and close.
Am I missing any step here ?
2. After I move any report to my Home tab in SAP BI mobile app and click on ' Information' then I get the notofocation that the report will expire in 6/7 days. Why is this happening . I need to keep these reports on my home tab forever. Please see the screenshot of the issue

Combination chart not displaying on iPad
Hi All,
I have designed a webi report that displays 4 combination charts along with 2 column charts for iPad viewing.
When i view it on iPad, the 2 column charts are displaying but remaining 4 combination charts are not displaying giving me an error "Content Not Supported".
I read the document SAP BusinessObjects Mobile Release Notes for iOS 4.4.18, and in page no 12, it is mentioned as below.
Combination charts are displayed in the app only if the Region Type of the chart measures is explicitly specified in Webi. Only Bars/Lines are valid Region Types.
As per these, i have made necessary settings at my webi report end as seen below. 
Still I am facing the same error. The combination chart is still not displaying.
Request for expert help.

sap business objects mobile app crashes while downloading report
Hello
I am using business objects mobile app version 4.4.28.18 and our server is BO 4 SP04. we plan to GO LIVE soon. Before we do I was testing the business objects mobile app. Now we have sandbox server, development server & our production system for BO.
Now I have deployed the war files and configured the mobile server properties file in both our bo development and sandbox server.I have also created a category in the CMC.
in the BI launch pad of development system I have assigned the reports to the mobile category. But when I try to download the report on my iphone 5 or ipad I get the message 'Downloading' , 'Refreshing' and then suddenly the app crashes and I am back to the home screen of my iphone 5.
Also, I have noticed that once I save the webi report or from BI launch pad any report to mobile category it takes time for the report to be visible in the the app.

I'm just curious with SAP Business One running on Android. I tried configuring SAP Business one mobility on iPad/iphone but i never tried it on samsung/HTC etc. (Android). MOBILE BO ERROR...404 Missing Page on iPad
Hi Experts,
I've a problem that is can NOT connect to BI server via Mobile BO on iPAD. Aftering loging, the BO server returns a 404 missing page error.
And I found the request url which is "GET /BOE/BI/MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion&requestSrc=iPad HTTP/1.1" in the log file. According to the configuration document, I thought it's not right, which should be "MobileBIService/MessageHandlerServlet?message=GetVersion&requestSrc=iPad". So I was wondering if there is anybody could tell me how to re-configure it . Thanks in advance.

GeoMap Analysis in webi not displaying in iPad
Hi All,
I have a requirement that i need to prepare a webi report with GeoMap analysis for iOS. As per the guidelines in SAP Administrator & Report Designer's Guide, I have designed and configured my webi report with following fields as mentioned in the video tutorial of SAP as below.
The table name has been set as Map_lt2_lo3_poi1_od4_gp1.
The Open Document URL is as follows:

I done with SAP BOBJ 4 and then i installed Blackberry Simulator and Blackberry Emails & MDS .
After Completed with all installation i am trying to use Mobile Server Configuration tool but in that i got error in last steps.

iOS webi filtering offline
We have some webi reports available in offline mode but the iPhone (iOS 6.1) does not allow filtering in offline mode. I haven't tested the iPad yet.
Thoughts?
I would expect to be able to filter on the cached data.

BO Mobile Mobile Hybrid Installation Error
Hi Experts,
I am installing BO Mobile on Windows as AIX is not supported.
You can download and install BI 4.0 for windows on different machine
with same patch same as patch of AIX.
You just need to choose Tomcat and MobileService from the Setup and
during installation it would ask for CMS details which you could
provide of AIX machine.
When I put the name of CMS or IP it show this:
either the remote CMS cannot be reached or the logon credentials are incorrect INS00013
Port 6400 is open and BO Mobile Server is in the DMZ
